What: Wiri Timber’s existing shed which they required racking for was a tight fit. The best solution was our heavy duty cantilever racking which is perfect for storing long lengths of timber, with guide rails. The key benefits of the guides rails are:
- Using guide rails allows you to reduce your aisle width to around 2.6m (if you have a combi lift or similar). By doing this you are able to maximise the actual storage space in your area.
- Guide rails also help to prevent damage to your racking, which can occur when drivers accidently hit the racking when loading/unlaoding.
We also customized the post spacings for this job, to ensure that the racking system would fit perfectly along the length of the shed, with no wasted space at the end.
