FAQ

Stackit Series Workbenches are available in two depth options—700mm (Series 602) and 1000mm (Series 902)—to accommodate various workspace needs. Both series share a standard height of 915mm, providing a comfortable working level, and come in three length options: 1100mm, 1600mm, and 2100mm. The workbench top is constructed with a durable 24mm MDF board, while the bottom shelf uses an 18mm MDF board. Both feature the signature blue and orange color scheme and support a weight capacity of 300kg per level. For more details, refer to the spec sheet or contact us for guidance.

Our Stackit Series Workbenches are built using components from the industrial-grade Stackit Series Shelving system combined with high-quality MDF boards. The workbench top is a robust 24mm thick, providing a durable surface for heavy-duty tasks, while the bottom shelf board is 18mm thick for reliable storage support.

Assembly is required, but the process is designed to be simple and user-friendly. After assembling the uprights, the beams clip into place without the need for bolts. The workbench top is then secured to the top beams using tek screws, and the shelf board slots into the rebated beams below. For guidance, you can watch our step-by-step assembly video available here: Assembly Resources.

The Stackit Series Workbenches share the same weight capacity as the Stackit Series Shelving, supporting up to 300kg per level. For tasks requiring greater capacity, we offer a Heavy Duty Workbench option.

Yes, you can combine a static workbench with a shelving unit to create a fully integrated workstation. However, we do not recommend combining shelving and workbenches if either component is mobile, as this could compromise stability. Contact us and we’ll help you configure the perfect setup!
