Lightweight aluminium extrusions and timber mouldings are often difficult to handle and store correctly. Our Vertical Moulding racks provide a solution whereby your extrusions and mouldings can easily be seen and picked as required. Vertical moulding racks also are ideal for maximising your space, as the product is stored on them vertically which maximises your area’s height, their footprint is relatively small. Created from our 5000 Series Pallet Racking, these vertical moulding racks are modular which provides flexibility and allows you to add on as required.
BENEFITS OF VERTICAL MOULDING RACKS
A Vertical Moulding rack is often also referred to as an A Frame rack due to its shape. Their primary purpose is to provide efficient storage of long lengths of timber mouldings and aluminium extrusions, which would take up too much room if stored horizontally. Due to their configuration, they also act as a great way to display your product range.
Vertical Moulding racks maximise your space by utilizing the height of your space. They give you the ability to store long lengths of mouldings and extrusions, usually up to 6m long, without taking up much valuable floor space. A typical Vertical Moulding rack is only 2.5m wide and 4.8m high and allows storage of products around 6m high.
The beam levels on the racks provide excellent product support all the way up preventing product sag and damage. Their configuration and how the product sits on them provide you with a great visual of your range. This increases the accessibility of your product, allowing for quick retrieval and increased operations efficiency.
