5000 Series
Our 5000 Series Pallet Racking is first choice for warehouse pallet racking. It comes in a range of industry standard bay lengths, with the most common being 2743mm. Custom lengths can be available on request to allow you to maximise your space. Though our 5000 Series is generally supplied powder coat blue and orange, we do offer custom colours which allows you to build on your brand, particularly if you’re racking is set up in a retail area.
Accesories
We have a wide range of Pallet Racking Accessories, which can be used on either the 5000 or 6000 Series system to truly tailor the racking to your needs. These include things such as, mesh decks, pallet support bars, bay restrainers, upright protection, coil rack brackets and more.
6000 series
The 6000 Series Pallet Racking system is specifically designed for warehouse situations in high seismic zones and where high loadings are required. The most common bay length is 2700mm, which fits two standard pallets, and the most common bay depth is 900mm. The standard colourway is galvanised uprights and powder coat blue beams, however, like our other shelving and racking systems custom colours are available.

Things to consider when you buy pallet racking
If you are considering implementing a pallet rack system in your warehouse, there are a few things to keep in mind. Typically, the height of the pallet racking uprights would be 1.2 – 1.5m below the roofline of the warehouse to allow for top stow pallets. Second, you need to consider how much the pallets weigh and how high they are as this will determine the configuration you require. You may also want to consider adding pick levels (rebate beams with shelf boards) at picking height to maximise your space. Here are some of the most common questions we get asked:
